Service Coordinator

Pay: $24 - $26.00 per hour

Coordinate installation and service jobs to ensure they launch and complete on time. Schedule work, prepare materials lists, enter work orders, and manage accurate billing and records. Act as the key point of contact for customers, inspectors, and internal teams, resolving issues and ensuring a smooth workflow from start to finish.

What You Need:

• Related experience or equivalent combination of education/training

• Customer service or dispatching background preferred

• Basic computer proficiency

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, or home services a plus
