American Residential Services (ARS) is the largest provider of residential HVAC and plumbing services in the U.S., employing 7,000+ professionals nationwide. We are seeking an experienced HVAC Install Supervisor to oversee residential installation crews.

What We're Looking For:
Schedules and supervises installation crews to ensure safe, efficient, and code-compliant HVAC system installs. Maintains customer satisfaction and jobsite quality.
Supervises and schedules installation employees; handles hiring, training, and discipline
Reviews workloads and assigns work to maximize efficiency
Communicates with homeowners and inspectors to coordinate work
Orders and tracks materials/equipment for jobs
Visits job sites to inspect progress and quality
Ensures permits are obtained and inspections are completed
Assists crews with technical questions and challenges
Verifies job completion and returns documentation/payments to office
Handles customer concerns and resolves issues
Prepares reports on operations, materials, and vehicle use
Identifies training needs and provides ongoing instruction
What You Need:
North Carolina H3 License (must have)
5+ years of HVAC installation experience
EPA certification required
Basic carpentry, gas piping, electrical, and airflow knowledge
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Must be able to use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and smartphone apps for daily tasks
Strong understanding of local codes and industry standards
