Pay: $75,000 – $85,000 per year
Extra Pay - Sign On Bonus offered / H3 License Usage Monthly Incentives
Schedule: Full-time; Monday–Friday with occasional weekends

American Residential Services (ARS) is the largest provider of residential HVAC and plumbing services in the U.S., employing 7,000+ professionals nationwide. We are seeking an experienced HVAC Install Supervisor to oversee residential installation crews.

Responsibilities

What We're Looking For:

Schedules and supervises installation crews to ensure safe, efficient, and code-compliant HVAC system installs. Maintains customer satisfaction and jobsite quality.

  • Supervises and schedules installation employees; handles hiring, training, and discipline

  • Reviews workloads and assigns work to maximize efficiency

  • Communicates with homeowners and inspectors to coordinate work

  • Orders and tracks materials/equipment for jobs

  • Visits job sites to inspect progress and quality

  • Ensures permits are obtained and inspections are completed

  • Assists crews with technical questions and challenges

  • Verifies job completion and returns documentation/payments to office

  • Handles customer concerns and resolves issues

  • Prepares reports on operations, materials, and vehicle use

  • Identifies training needs and provides ongoing instruction

Qualifications

What You Need:

  • North Carolina H3 License (must have)

  • 5+ years of HVAC installation experience

  • EPA certification required

  • Basic carpentry, gas piping, electrical, and airflow knowledge

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

  • Must be able to use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and smartphone apps for daily tasks

  • Strong understanding of local codes and industry standards
