Dispatcher (Service Industry)

We are seeking an experienced Service Dispatcher to ensure our technicians are completing calls efficiently and our customers’ needs are held to the highest standards.  This is an in-office position. 

Pay: $20 - $22/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm (OR) Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4pm

• Ability to provide exceptional customer service delivery with both inbound and outbound customer calls.  
• Must be able to demonstrate computer proficiency and have experience using Microsoft Products and multi-line phone systems.
• Must have reliable transportation and report daily to the office.
• Ability to work assigned shift and weekend rotation, if required.
• Required to know the local area to assist technicians with maneuvering traffic and getting to residences promptly.
